Can I ship Apple Barn gift baskets to multiple addresses in one order?
Currently, our website requires a separate transaction for each shipping address. This ensures that tracking information and delivery confirmations are accurately assigned to each individual recipient.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your shipment, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your apple ciders pasteurized?
Yes, all of our ciders undergo a flash-pasteurization process. This ensures the highest level of safety and shelf-stability while preserving the crisp, natural taste of our signature mountain apples.
Do you offer international shipping for your jams and mixes?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package.

To maintain peak quality, we recommend enjoying baked goods immediately. If you need to save them for later, most items can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days or frozen for up to one month.
